Notes on prices:
If the rental period is less than 7 nights then a cleaning charge of £100.00 will be added.
5% Discount given on second week booking and a 10% discount will be given to all repeat customers.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible.Guests are required to leave by 10am and not to arrive before 4pm. This is to ensure that the property may be cleaned in time for the arrival of the next guests.
