This oversized 21x40' area is the perfect place in the hot summer to keep you cool by the pool. A patio table and 4 chairs plus 2 additional sun loungers will give you the poolside comfort you desire before taking a dip in the 15x30’ pool or unwinding in the spa.

Games Room

To keep you and your family entertained we have a games room installed in the garage. This includes a pool table, air hockey table, basketball game, and electronic dart board. Ideal for the young and young at heart.

Located off of the family room this grand master bedroom has a king size bed with 26” LCD TV, a huge walk in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom, with bath, shower and double sink.
